A permit for the <br /> percolation tests from the Environmental Health <br /> Division is required . <br /> 3 . SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br /> a . A District ' s Irrigation Service Abandonment Agreement <br /> shall he executed for those parcels not wishing to <br /> receive irrigation water from the District or dedicate <br /> the appropriate private irrigation easements and <br /> provide for the extension of an irrigation line to <br /> serve Parcel #1 . In lieu of extending an irrigation <br /> line to Parcel 1 , a statement may be placed on the map <br /> stating that it is the responsibility of the owner of <br /> Parcel #1 to extend an irrigation line to serve his <br /> property through private easements . <br /> b.
