CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> CLIFFORD ROBERTSON <br /> MS-90-47 <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map . <br /> 1 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> *a . A Parcel Map is required . <br /> *b. The remainder shall be designated as "Designated <br /> Remainder" on Parcel Map. <br /> *c. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> this subdivision . The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of issuance a building permit . (The fee currently <br /> is $3 , 497 .00 for each single family dwelling unit . The <br /> fee shall be automatically adjusted annually by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record . ) Resolution R-89-946 suspends <br /> the fee until February 1 , 1990 . <br /> d. An Irrevocable Offer of Dedication to result in a <br /> thirty-foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of <br /> Linne Road to the property line shall be required <br /> across the frontage of Parcel #1 . <br /> 1 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> *a . Construct an individual domestic water well for Parcel <br /> #1 , under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development . <br /> *b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system for <br /> Parcel #1 , under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development . <br /> 3 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> *a . A Joint Management Agreement between the homesite <br /> parcel and the remainder shall be executed between the <br /> owner-operator and the benefiting family member . A <br /> recorded copy of the executed agreement shall be <br /> submitted to the Planning Department . <br />
