The fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering <br /> News Record . ) Collection of the fee will be effective on <br /> April 23, 1990, and all building permit applications not <br /> accepted as complete by the Building Department prior to <br /> this date will be subject to the fee. <br /> C . The frontage improvements for North 99 Frontage Road shall <br /> be constructed in conformance with the standards for one- <br /> half of a 60-foot right-of-way commercial street. The <br /> construction by the owner of a Deferred Frontage <br /> Improvement Agreement, prior to approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> (A $250.00 fee is required for processing per Ordinance No. <br /> 3337 in addition to a typical section drawing of the <br /> required frontage improvements .
