Mike Infurna [EH]
From: Jennifer Adler[JAdler@claytongrp.com]
Sent: Thursday, September 01, 2005 6:17 PM
To: Mike Infurna [EH]
Subject: Mountain House
Mike,
Here's your daily check-in. Today I was up in Neighborhoods C and D. The nature of the
work in this area has changed since we last talked about it, I believe. We are now
doing soil-only borings in Areas 4 and 5, collecting samples to profile the soil so that
we can be ready to dispose of it during and overexcavation. Between Monday and today, I
have done a total of 15 borings (14 to 25 feet, 1 to 20 feet) . These borings are as
follows:
In Area 5 :
PR5-1 through PR5-9.
In Area 4 :
PR4-1 through PR4-3 .
PR4-8, PR4-9, and PR4-14 .
Tomorrow Decie will be out there to finish up (I hope) Area 4 . She is planning to do PR4-
4 through PR4-7 and PR4-10 through PR4-13 . Keep your fingers crossed that there won't be
any problems.
If Decie is able to finish these 8 tomorrow, that will be the end of this round of
Geoprobing (we have Tuesday reserved with Vironex, just in case, but I would really like
to be done already) . That leaves the hollow-stem auger boring on 9/8/05, which I
understand is pending payment of outstanding bills. Let's hope that gets taken care of.
Jennifer
Jennifer Morris
Staff Consultant
Clayton Group Services
6920 Koll Center Pkwy.
Suite 216
Pleasanton, CA 94566
(925) 426-2662
fax (925) 426-0106
1
