I need to know how the permits will be issued before I can notify anyone of intent. At that time a map will be issued and access agreement will be updated. The access agreement with Shea is still in order as stated in the document. I know the others are out. So as you can see I am in a bit of a catch 22. If you need all this before we start the permitting process then I should cancel the drill.dates. I am sorry for the confusion. The former Shell pipe line is diagonal across the map and all of the associated parcels are owned by Shea. None of the figures (#2, 3, 4) have street names and the SJ County Assessor does not recognize parcels 209-450-11 or -13 so I can't pull it up on my County maps. You sent me pages of old access agreements that really don't mean much now since the Olivieras and Rochas, and Trimark aren't the current land owners. Shea is. Do you have any current APNs? a map with street names on it.? what is the APN of the High School? address? cross streets? 12/12/2008
