♦� Fact Sheet, July 2007 <br /> G� <br /> Draft Removal Action Workplan for <br /> Department of <br /> Toxic Substances Shea Homes Neighborhood C <br /> Control <br /> Introduction <br /> A proposal to remove soil containing low levels of the pesticide dieldrin at Shea <br /> Preventing Homes Neighborhood C near Tracy, is open for public review and comment. As <br /> environmental part of the voluntary cleanup agreement with Shea Homes, DTSC is overseeing <br /> investigation and cleanup activities. The public is invited to review and comment <br /> damagefi•om on the proposal, which will be available for review beginning July 23, 2007. <br /> The proposal is called a draft Removal Action Workplan (RAW)and describes <br /> hazardous waste, the investigations and proposed cleanup activities for the site which is located in <br /> the southern portion of Neighborhood C.
