From your maps, I can't be sure if drilling is proposed on the shoulders or roadways. Slnce you have not
labeled the wells, I can't refer to one specifically, but I have concerns with the most south-easterly well shown between
dotted lines on figure 2c that are not identified (near boring BB-130). Typically, larger routes such at this'parkway have
extended widths for future paving and to the unfamiliar eye are not easily identified. Be certain you are familiar with the
extreme WEST property line of the Parkways' right of way and the Machado's EAST property line. I will need verification
that this well is truly on the Machado property and not the public roadway/right of way.
If it is your intention to place this well in the roadway/right of way, check with the County Public Works Dept (209)468-
3058 or possibly Mt. House Communtiy Service District at (209)468-9997 for encroachment permit requirements/fees.1
From:Rodriguez,Carmen[mailto:carodriguezCcbcraworld.com]
Sent:vlednesday,February 25,2009 3:35 PM
TO:Mike Infirm[EH]
Subject:Work Plan for Former Shell Central Valley Crude Oil Pipelnes
Dear Mr. Infurna,
As per our phone conversation today, please find the following attachments for the Former Shell Central Valley Crude Oil Pipelines-Neighborhood 6,Tracy:
Subsurface Investigation Work Plan, December 2008
Site Plan
APN map for parcel 209-06-06
We have an access agreement with the Machado Family Trust.
