Shell Mountain House Pipeline - 5 - 3 November-2011
Mountain House Parkway and G, A Line Road, Tracy
hydrocarbons are unlikely to pose a threat to human health under a residential use risk
scenario. Eighteen wells, including 15 domestic supply wells, have been identified within
2,000 feet of the Site and two surface water bodies are located within Neighborhood C;
however, these are not threatened by petroleum hydrocarbons released from the Site.
Consequently, the remaining petroleum constituents in soil are unlikely to pose a threat to
human health or further affect waters of the State as they continue to attenuate. Central
Valley Water Board staff concurs with CRA's recommendation for regulatory closure as a low-
risk site.
