PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 2835 Navy Dr. , in the City of Stockton (APN 145-030-09) on the <br /> southeast corner of Navy Dr. and Washington St. , has been reviewed <br /> by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division(PHS/EHD) . The plan is a proposal for mitigation of <br /> hazardous substances which contaminated the site due to <br /> unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks <br /> (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> Stockton Central Library, 605 N.
