Thank you for your cooperation throughout this investigation. With the provision that the <br /> information provided to this agency was accurate and representative of site conditions, no further action related to <br /> the underground tank release is required based on the available information as set forth in California Code of <br /> Regulations, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Article 11, Section 2721(e) (Underground Storage Tank Corrective <br /> Action Regulations). <br /> Please be advised that the following conditions continue to exist at the above site.
