The November and January Status
Reports discuss the enhanced bioremediation pilot study injection system installation, operation,
and monitoring as required by Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) Order No.
R5-2003-0164.
The January Status Report provides the laboratory analytical data package that shows qualifiers
for some of the results. ARCO needs to provide a discussion of data qualified by the laboratory
and how the qualifiers affect quality of the data. Furthermore, the tables provided in the January
Status Report only include some of the laboratory qualifiers. ARCO must include all laboratory
qualifiers when providing the laboratory qualifiers for the data in the tables contained in the
report.
Based on the final injection at the site, the full evaluation of the pilot study is due by
28 September 2005, as required by WDRs Order No. R5-2003-0164.
