The Second QMR includes a <br /> recommendation for the submittal of a work plan for vertical groundwater delineation. <br /> Regional Board staff concurs with the recommendation in the Second QMR. By 15 October 2004, <br /> please submit a work plan to investigate potential impacts to deeper groundwater bearing zones.
