The Annua Report discusses the groundwater monitoring <br /> activities conducted in November 2003, trends observed, and remedial activities conducted in <br /> 2003. Based on review of the monitoring reports,the vertical extent of petroleum pollution does <br /> not appear to be defined. STTC needs to provide information, if available, on samples collected <br /> below the D water bearing zone. <br /> The Letter recommends.monitoring for STTC and Support Terminals Operating Partnership, LP <br /> (ST Services). ST Services was formerly a part of STTC,but is now beginning to monitor and <br /> investigate pollution separately. In accordance with the Letter, Regional Board staff has prepared <br /> a draft revised monitoring and reporting program (MRP) for STTC. By 19 April 2004, please <br /> provide comments on the attached draft MRP and a figure to include with the final MRP that <br /> shows locations of all monitoring wells. The next monitoring report is due by 1 May 2004 and <br /> needs to include a discussion of vertical delineation and whether additional delineation activities <br /> California Environmental Protection Agency <br /> p�iRecycled Paper <br />
