The STTC is composed of ARCO Products, ST Services, Tesoro Petroleum <br /> Company, and Time Oil. The Report discusses the installation, development, and surveying of <br /> five "A"zone wells, four`B"zone wells, four"C"zone wells, and four"D"zone wells and <br /> recommends monitoring the new wells for one year to determine if additional groundwater <br /> monitoring wells are needed to delineate the lateral and vertical extent of pollution. <br /> Board staff concurs with the recommendation in the Report. The Annual Report is due by <br /> 30 January 2003.
