As I indicated during our phone conversation, EMCON is pursuing the question whether the
water supply well reported to have been decommissioned by Hydro Agri two years ago is the water supply well
noted by EMCON to be located approximately 425 feet south of the intersection of Navy Drive and West
Washington and 130 feet east of Navy Drive(8R2).
In addition, as noted in my voice mail, the Port of Stockton is the sole property owner of the parcels on which
the water supply wells and groundwater monitoring wells proposed to be decommissioned are located. As such,
it is my understanding that there will not be a need for offsite access permission, and the total permit fee for the
decommissioning activities will be$60. Please call this office if my assumptions are not correct.
NUMBER OF PAGES a(PLUS COVER SHEET)
3AC\na:mvw0,96%rd:1
