In summary, following are the timelines the STTC <br /> must meet: <br /> 1. By 15 December 1993, summarize in a letter the agreements reached with staff regarding the <br /> IRAP including the addition of enhatced biodegradation (via air sparging and/or addition of <br /> nutrients) in the existing Time Oil trench system, if such addition is feasible. <br /> 2. By 15 December 1993, submit a response to our 18 November 1993 letter. <br /> 3. By 15 December 1993, submit a time schedule for the fast track tasks listed on Page 4 of the <br /> IRAP and specific tasks related to the IRAP. <br /> 4. By 30 December 1993 and every month thereafter, submit a progress report on the status of <br /> IRAP and Phase H work. <br /> 5. ' By 30 December 1993, start IRAP Work. <br />
