Mr. Philip Isorena Proposal P93-040.31
July 12, 1993
Page 11
Free product generated from the skimmers will be drummed in a 55-gallon drum.
EMCON will assist the STTC in arranging for appropriate disposal.
Task 12. Reporting
At the conclusion of the phase II assessment, a report will be prepared that documents the
results of work performed under Tasks 1 through 11. Additional information regarding
]PAR data gaps and potential migration pathways will also be presented. CPT profiles and
boring log information will be evaluated and compared to IPAR stratigraphic and
hydrogeologic information to refine the understanding of site geologic and hydrogeologic
conditions, including the vertical extent of the A-, B-, and C-zones (and D-zone if
required), and the degree of interconnection between the three zones. Geologic
cross-sections will be refined, incorporating the new information.
The analytical data obtained during the field screening and well installation will be
evaluated for assessment of the lateral and vertical extent of B-zone and C-zone impacts.
The data will be compared to IPAR analytical data and to quarterly monitoring analytical
data, and all data will be added to the groundwater analytical database. Site maps will be
prepared showing the distribution of monitoring points and analytical results.
Task 13. Project Management
To complete this program in a timely manner, many activities must occur on schedule to
enable subsequent activities to occur. To achieve success, a moderate amount of project
management will be required. In addition to coordination, other technical support
activities will be necessary to expedite the project. Project related management work not
directly related to the specific tasks previously discussed include
preparation of monthly progress reports for the STTC and RWQCB
communication and attending meetings (if required) with the STTC and the
RWQCB
budget tracking
SAGPROW 93IP9304031.bc-93 Imc:S
