Prepare and submit for Board approval a draft Three months from <br /> Remedial Action Plan as defined in the Health approval of the PAR <br /> and Safety Code Division 20, Section 25356 <br /> with an implementation time schedule to con- <br /> trol and/or cleanup polluted ground water <br /> within the plume(s) defined in the Pollution <br /> Assessment Report. The Plan must consider <br /> alternative actions, recommend one or a com- <br /> bination of alternative actions, and justify <br /> the recommendation. <br /> 6. Prepare and submit monthly progress reports Every month <br /> to the Board detailing activities during the <br /> reporting period and future work planned. <br /> Each report shall include: <br /> a. Status of pollution definition investiga- <br /> tion, including most recent sampling re- <br /> sults available. <br /> b. Status on obtaining rights-of-entry neces- <br /> sary for off-Port monitoring well instal- <br /> lation. <br /> c. Status of any other actions proposed or <br /> underway that may impact any phase of the <br /> investigation. <br />
