The workplan has <br /> been reviewed (see attached memo) , is acceptable as proposed, and you may begin <br /> work as soon as possible. Please provide the Board with one week's notice on <br /> when site work will begin. <br /> We request two additional items after the initial work of this phase of the site <br /> investigation is completed. First, a letter report should be submitted reporting <br /> the slug and pumping test data, and all details of the planned long-term aquifer <br /> test. Second, please investigate the possibility of continuing this site <br /> investigation beyond the ARCO property boundary to complete the definition of <br /> lateral extent of contamination or to determine where ARCO's contaminant plume <br /> intersects with plumes from other sources.
