' individually for wells Tl, T3 , Tll and SP3 in
' Figures 4 through 7, respectively. The graphs in
Appendix F show that water and product level
fluctuations are relatively minor from day-to-day
' but there has been a general downward trend over the
period of measurement.
' The graphs of individual wells show that product
' thickness in wells T1 and Tll has remained
relatively constant, whereas it has increased in
' wells T3 and SP3 . These latter wells are at the
downgradient edge of the "plume" . The increase in
thickness probably indicates movement downgradient.
' Gasoline reappeared in well SP4 on April 5 after not
being detected for the month following its last
' pumping on March 4 . Observations by Tesoro also
indicate product movement in an easterly direction.
Plots of cross-sections through several series of
wells clearly show a gradient of product and water
' toward the east (Appendix G) . This is best
illustrated by the section through wells P26, SP2 ,
' T12, T4, TS10, M2 and TS2 (Figure 8) which is
approximately parallel to the water table gradient.
' Well SP2 has had the highest product elevation of
any of the wells with floating gasoline, both before
' and after the wells were pumped.
1
1
1
' - 10 -
