Indicate locations of proposed wells on a site <br /> plan. <br /> 2. Detail well construction methods and materials. <br /> C. Propose a ground water monitoring program which <br /> includes the following: <br /> 1. Measurement of ground water and product levels. <br /> 2. Sampling and analysis of ground water for <br /> dissolved product constituents. <br /> D. Propose remedial actions to remove free product from <br /> ground water, and control the migration of contaminated <br /> ground water. <br /> The Technical Report should include a timetable detailing the <br /> completion dates for each task. This report must be submitted to <br /> the Regional Board by 7 April 1988.
