Gloves will be <br /> worn during soil sampling to reduce the potential for dermal <br /> exposure to hydrocarbons. <br /> 7.2 Well Development and Groundwater Sampling <br /> Gloves will be worn during well development and sampling. <br /> Well development water will be temporarily stored in labeled <br /> drums onsite pending laboratory analysis. Glasses with <br /> shatterproof lenses to guard against splash are also required for <br /> this work. <br /> 8.0 HEALTH AND SAFETY TRAINING AND MEDICAL MONITORING <br /> All Hart Crowser and subcontractor personnel working at this site will <br /> have received a medical evaluation for work with hazardous materials <br /> and will have received health and safety training in conformance with <br /> OSHA requirement 1910.120. <br /> 9.0 DECONTAMINATION PROCEDURES <br /> All equipment that may have become contaminated during field use <br /> will be decontaminated prior to leaving the site. Decontamination of <br /> sampling equipment will consist of a soap and water wash followed by <br /> a water rinse. Downhole drilling equipment will be decontaminated by <br /> steam cleaning. Decontamination water will be drummed and stored <br /> onsite pending laboratory analysis. <br /> 10.0 SITE SECURITY AND CONTROL <br /> Each work location at this site will be isolated using traffic cones and <br /> barricades to divert vehicular traffic. Pedestrian traffic will be diverted <br /> away from the work site by traffic cones, flagging and by personnel <br /> onsite. All vehicles left overnight will be locked and unfinished wells <br /> will be secured to limit access. <br /> l <br /> Page 8 <br />
