We will be
performing our investigation for the Shell Oil Company. The site is an
undeveloped parcel.
The proposed assessment will include drilling approximately
seven exploratory soil borings to provide site specific subsurface data.
Selected soil samples will be submitted for chemical analysis to ETC-
Multitech Labs, a State certified testing laboratory in Santa Rosa,
California.
This proposed site assessment plan has been prepared at the
request of Ms. Diane Hinson of your office. We are providing this
proposed plan for your review in accordance with Ms. Hinson's instruc-
tions. We would appreciate your earliest possible attention to this
matter. We are willing to pay any overtime charges needed to expedite
your review and response to our request. We hope to begin the field
investigation immediately upon receiving approval to proceed. Your
expediency is requested because of the current availability of a drill-
ing rig.
