ON-SITE PROJECT SAFETY <br /> Personnel responsible for the project safety are: <br /> Carlton Jordan Environmental Engineer <br /> Shell Oil Products <br /> Company <br /> Douglas Andrews Staff Geologist <br /> Project Safety Officer <br /> (Pacific Environmental <br /> Group, Inc.) <br /> Mark Sullivan Company Safety Officer <br /> (Pacific Environmental <br /> Group, Inc.) <br /> The Project Safety Officer has the authority to upgrade or downgrade the provisions of this <br /> Site Safety Plan as site conditions change.
