Wastewater sources include groundwater containing petroleum hydrocarbons, truck <br /> wash water, and tank bottom and cleaning water. <br /> A public meeting concerning this matter will be held: <br /> DATE: 28 January 1994 <br /> TIME: 9:00 a.m. <br /> PLACE: Board of Supervisors' Chambers <br /> 255 No. Forbes Street <br /> Lakeport, California <br /> Persons wishing to comment on or object to the proposed requirements are invited to submit same in <br /> writing to the Regional Board no later than 14 January 1993. All comments or objections received <br /> by this date will be considered in the draft waste discharge requirements. <br /> Additional pertinent information may be received by the Board, upon the request of any interested <br /> person at the meeting. After considering comments or objections, the Board may issue waste <br /> discharge requirements. Any action of the Board may be appealed to the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board within 30 days of the action. <br /> Anyone having questions on these requirements should contact the project representative, Patricia <br /> Leary at (916) 255-3023. The proposed requirements and related documents may be inspected and <br /> copied at the Regional Board's office at 3443 Routier Road, Suite A, Sacramento, California, <br /> weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. <br /> Please bring the above matter to the attention of anyone you know who would be interested in this <br /> matter. <br /> ACK E.
