After construction, new U <br /> wells are to be sampled and analyzed for the constituents below and added to the monitoring V <br /> program. <br /> GROUND WATER MONITORING <br /> D <br /> There are 28 monitoring wells as shown in Figure 1. Monitoring wells with free phase <br /> petroleum product or visible sheen shall be monitored for product thickness and depth to <br /> ground water only. If total lead is detected, <br /> the Discharger shall perform verification sampling within 30 days of submittal of <br /> the monitoring report. If the presence of total lead is not confirmed, no further test <br /> is required. If pollution is verified, the Discharger shall continue monitoring for <br /> total lead quarterly. <br />
