The submission <br /> of subsequent vapor samples will be contingent on detections in the first sample. <br /> The last paragraph of the Second QMR states that Shell is awaiting written approval of the <br /> May 7 2010 Work Plan before proceeding with the proposed AS and SVE well installations. <br /> This letter provides written concurrence with Shell's 7 May 2010 Work Plan, as appended by <br /> the 1 July letter.
