Late revisions were added to the Order by the Regional Board <br /> as new Provision 13. In order to conserve paper and postage, paper copies are only being provided to the <br /> Discharger and USEPA. Electronic copies of the Orders are available on the Regional Board's internet <br /> site at http•//www.swrcb.ca. og_v/rwgcb5/. Those without internet access can request a paper copy by <br /> contacting Regional Board staff. <br /> Effective January 2004, any NPDES effluent monitoring report received more than 30 days after its due <br /> date is subject to a$3000 Mandatory Minimum Penalty [Water Code Section 13385]. An additional <br /> $3000 Penalty is required for each additional 30 days a report is late.
