Tracy Blvd, Tracy, CA 95376 <br /> (Hospital Map on Plate 1) <br /> Eyewash Kit/ Fire Extinguisher/First Aid Kit: will be onsite and placed in clear view <br /> during operations. <br /> Emergency Guideline: Stop work and evaluate situation. Shut down heavy equipment <br /> and stabilize victim(s). Notify health and safety officer or site project manager. Apply <br /> first aid and/or seek medical aid as necessary. Move injured personnel only if injuries <br /> permit. Call Ambulance and/or Medical Personnel to transport injured to hospital. Refer <br /> to Plate 1 for location of nearest emergency medical facility. <br /> Site Control Measures: Drilling rig and surrounding area will be marked with white <br /> paint and will be coned off. No one is permitted near the drilling area unless the drilling <br /> operator sees you, and acknowledges that you are about to enter into the drilling area. No <br /> one is permitted into the drilling area without a hard hat. <br /> Decontamination Procedures: Skin that comes in contact with chemicals or soil/water <br /> with suspected contaminants shall be washed immediately with soap and water. Hands <br /> and face shall be thoroughly washed to prior eating, drinking, smoking, and other hand to <br /> mouth contact. <br /> Possible Physical Hazards Include: <br /> - Heat - Slip, Trip, Fall -Borings <br /> - Cold -Noise -Moving Equipment <br /> - Rain - Underground Hazards -Muddy Conditions <br /> - Fog - Overhead Hazards <br /> Other Key Indivduals: <br /> Head Geologist: Dr. Horacio Ferriz,P.G., C.E.G.
