The proposed scope of work <br /> was requested by Mr. Marvin Miller of Nolte and Associates. Kleinfelder highly <br /> recommends that this workplan (a.k.a. proposal) be submitted to Mr. Ali for his review <br /> and reapproval prior to submittal of this workplan/proposal to the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services Department Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) for their <br /> review and boring permit approval.
