The proposed scope of work <br /> was outlined by Mr. Saiyed Ali of Caltrans District 10 in a meeting on January 6, 1997. <br /> The meeting was attended by Messrs. Ali, Matt Bailey, Dave Nelson, of CAL'TRANS- <br /> 10, Marvin Miller of Nolte and Associates, and Robert "Tony" Martin of Kleinfelder, <br /> Inc.. Additionally, this proposal was further revised based on a January 16, 1997 fax <br /> cover sheet from Mr. Dale Steele of CALTRANS-10 and its attached January 15, 1997 <br /> memo froth Mr- Saiyed S. Ali of CALTRANS-10 to Mr. Steele. Kleinfelder highly <br /> recommends that this workplan (a.k.a. proposal) be submitted to Mr. All for his review <br /> and approval prior to submittal of this workplan/prop6sal to the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services Department Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) for their <br /> review and boring permit approval.
