Kleinfelder proposes submitting the three (3) soil samples to a State <br /> certified laboratory for the following analyses: <br /> • Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons Purgeable (Gasoline Range) by EPA Method 8015M/5030 <br /> [TPH-G] <br /> • Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene, Xylenes by EPA Method 8020/5030 [BTEX] <br /> • Total Extractable Petroleum Hydrocarbons (Fuel Fingerprint) by EPA Method 8015M <br /> • Total Lead by AA <br /> The samples will be analyzed on a 5-day analytical turnaround from the time of submittal to the <br /> laboratory. <br /> Task E03 -Reporting <br /> Upon completion of the field activities and receipt of the analytical results, a report of findings <br /> for the drilling of the soil borings, the monitoring well sampling, and the magnetometer survey <br /> will be prepared for client and agency review. The report will include: <br /> • A description of the field activities, observations, and protocols <br /> • Lithologic Logs <br /> • Tabulated results of soil and groundwater samples with copies of certified analytical results <br /> (lab data sheets) <br /> • A graphical representation of soil and groundwater sampling locations <br /> • Description and documentation of QA/QC procedures employed for field and laboratory <br /> work <br /> • Kleinfelder's conclusions and recommendations based on the data acquired. <br /> 20-3941-01.E011207PE026 Page 4 of 9 0 1997.
