Pursuant to certain Orders of Me U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Califor- nia, and with the oversight of Lincoln Properties Ltd. and Me California Region- al Water Quality Control Board, Central alley Re- gcon, the Settling Dry Cleaning Defendants (SDCDs) have prepared and issued.in final form, the Work Plan for Envl- ronmamal Investigation, Lincoln Center, Stockton, California (Work Plan). The Work Plan describes 1 a program to investigate and clean up certain Oaz- ardous substance contam- ination in soil and ground- water associated with his- Atodcal dry cleaning opera- tions at Lincoln Center. In 9 preparing the final Work Y Plan. the SDCDs have Y considered comments that were received during the 60-day public comment period concerning the draft Work Plan. The SDCDs are issuing the fi- nal Work Plan within 60 days of the close of the public comment period,as required by Court order.
