This information is being provided to facilitate the permitting process for the future RI activities estimated to begin in the next several weeks. The purpose and scope of the RI activities being conducted at the Site are described in the Work Plan for Environmental Investigation, Lincoln Center, Stockton, California ("Work Plan") submitted on September 23, 1996.
