Thus, the Dry Cleaning Defendants and <br /> Plaintiff LPL agree that the proposed sampling is necessary to <br /> obtain more current data to be used in determining the nature and <br /> extent of the work that will be prescribed by the Final Workplan. <br /> At the present time, the Dry Cleaning Defendants are still <br /> attempting to satisfy Plaintiff LPL's conditions for site access <br /> under the provisions of the Permanent Injunction governing the work <br /> at the site. We expect that these issues will be resolved in the <br /> very near future, allowing the sampling of existing monitoring <br /> wells to take place.
