However, to incorporate the ideas and information <br /> produced through negotiations with Plaintiffs over various aspects <br /> of the work to be performed, we will require the full period <br /> granted by the Permanent Injunction to complete the Final Workplan. <br /> We will update you on our progress through our next Letter <br /> Report, due on February 1, 1994 . <br /> Ver yours, <br /> Michael L.F.
