The SOC will be used for decontamination of field equipment <br /> and temporary storage of waste generated during field activities. The design plans are being <br /> submitted in final form for your records; when details regarding Site access and property leasing <br /> have been resolved, the design plans will be submitted to qualified construction contractors for <br /> bidding.
