Zimmerman Facsimile: (209) 952-9891 <br /> AUGUST 1995 LETTER REPORT <br /> VIA U.S. MAIL <br /> TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES <br /> IDENTIFIED ON ATTACHED LIST <br /> Re: Lincoln Properties Ltd v Higgins et al . , <br /> Case No. CIV-S-91-760 DFL (GGH) : Letter Report Submitted <br /> Pursuant to Permanent Injunction <br /> Dear Interested Parties: <br /> This information is provided pursuant to Sections IV(A) (1) (f) and <br /> IV(F) (Letter Reports) of the Permanent Injunction Governing <br /> Investigation, Monitoring, and Testing of Hazardous Substance <br /> Contamination at and Emanating from Lincoln Center ("Permanent <br /> Injunction") issued by Judge Levi of the United States District <br /> Court, Eastern District of California, and filed on August 16, <br /> 1993 . <br /> The Permanent Injunction specifies that the Letter Reports shall <br /> contain any data generated in the course of the Remedial <br /> Investigation, Risk Assessment, Feasibility Study, and Treatability <br /> Study not previously submitted in draft or final reports or in <br /> previous letter reports. <br /> Since the Letter Report of June 1995, no new data has been <br /> generated. <br /> Upcoming Activity: <br /> The Site Project Manager's team at Environmental Project Control <br /> (EPC) is currently producing a revised RI/FS Work Plan, which is <br /> required pursuant to the Permanent Injunction. The RI/FS Work Plan <br /> incorporates the Conceptual Model for the Lincoln Center Site <br /> previously developed by EPC. EPC is scheduled to submit the <br /> revised Work Plan for comment to the Public Agencies and the public <br /> by mid-September 1995. <br />
