Higgins, et al. , <br /> Case No. CIV-S-91-760 DFL (GGH) : Letter Report Submitted <br /> Pursuant to Permanent Injunction <br /> Dear Interested Parties: <br /> This information is provided pursuant to Sections IV(A) (1) (f) and <br /> IV(F) (Letter Reports) of the Permanent Injunction Governing <br /> Investigation, Monitoring, and Testing of Hazardous Substance <br /> Contamination at and Emanating from Lincoln Center ("Permanent <br /> Injunction") issued by Judge Levi, and filed on August 16, 1993 . <br /> The Permanent Injunction specifies that the Letter Reports shall <br /> contain any data generated in the course of the Remedial <br /> Investigation, Risk Assessment, Feasibility Study, and Treatability <br /> Study not previously submitted in draft or final reports or in <br /> previous letter reports. <br /> Since the Letter Report of February 1995, the analytical results <br /> from implementation of the Focused Sampling and Analysis Plan were <br /> fowarded to the Public Agencies and Plaintiff LPL. No other data <br /> has been generated since the last letter report. <br /> Upcoming Activity: <br /> Using the data from the Focused Sampling and Analysis Plan, the Dry <br /> Cleaning Defendants are producing a revised Conceptual Model for <br /> the site. <br /> The parties have arranged a meeting to discuss the Conceptual Model <br /> for the site and how information contained in the Conceptual Model <br /> will be included in the forthcoming Workplan required by the <br /> Permanent Injunction. <br />
