The work is directed <br /> under the regulatory oversight of Wendy Wyels with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board. San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHS/EHD)will oversee the grouting activities. <br /> Once PHS/EHD has received the SJC Pubic Work's encroachment permits, PHS/EHD will issue <br /> the drilling permits and the field activities proposed can commence. <br /> If you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
