The information in this letter report is provided pursuant to <br /> Sections IV(A)(1)(f) and IV(F) of the "Permanent Injunction Governing Investigation, Monitoring, <br /> and Testing of the Hazardous Substance Contamination at and Emanating from Lincoln Center and <br /> Order of Reference to Special Master," issued by Judge Levi of the United States District Court, <br /> Eastern District of California, and filed on August 16, 1993. <br /> Ongoing Data Collection Activities <br /> The following data collection activities were conducted at the Site during the bimonthly period: <br /> • Existing site monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-12, MW-20, MW-21, and MW-30 were <br /> redeveloped from February 10 through March 3, 1997. <br /> • Advance public notices were provided to residents located in the immediate vicinity of the <br /> proposed plume perimeter investigation conducted on Emeryn Street and in the neighborhood <br /> west of Lincoln Center, on February 10 and March 18, 1997. <br /> • Groundwater samples were collected from monitoring wells at the Site on February 24 through <br /> 28, 1997. Groundwater samples were also collected from the City of Stockton municipal <br /> supply well COS-11 on February 27, 1997.
