("LPL")has received your April 29, 1997 request for Site <br /> access to install two "pilot" soil borings and one groundwater monitoring well at Lincoln Center. <br /> LPL hereby grants Levine-Fricke-Recon ("LFR") Site access to perform the soil boring and <br /> monitoring well installation Work described in your April 29, 1997 correspondence. <br /> LPL has noted that LFR has requested daytime access over the two week period <br /> from Monday, May 12, 1997 through Saturday, May 24, 1997 to perforin the installation <br /> activitks. As you know, LPL has received numerous complaints from tenants and customers of <br /> Lincoln Center over the past few months relating to the large amount of Work which has taken <br /> place.
