As such, LFR should conduct t its source-am CPT/PIPP <br /> investigation activities in the vicinity of the following businesses only during the following houla: <br /> Imam A=5 HMS <br /> Payter's Restaurant 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 am. <br /> Sumbuck's 11:00 p-m. to 6:00 a.m. <br /> Etmit's on the Brick Walk 9:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. <br /> Noah's Bagels 8:00 p.m, to 6:00 a.m_ <br /> Santiago's 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. <br /> Show Mi Japanese Cuisine 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a-m. <br /> New Yen Ching 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. <br /> Trader Joe's 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. <br /> E.Q.'s Sports Bar 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. <br /> Ristorante Primavera 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 a.m. <br /> Cocoon Salon 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. <br /> Dynasty Seafood 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. <br /> Simply Delicious Pizza 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. <br /> The grant of access contained herein is conditioned upon the Understanding that the <br /> work to be conducted will proceed with all deliberate haste, while siaailtaneously observing the <br /> requirement contained in the Permanent Injunction and the Fust Final Consent Decree that the <br /> Settling Dry Cleaning Defendants (`SDCDs") must, to the maximum extent practicable, not <br /> interfere with the operation of I Jacoln Center or with the operation of the business of any tenant <br /> of Lincoln Center. <br /> In conclusion, LPL is granting the SDCDs access for these activities as an <br /> accommodation to the Special Master, in spite of the fact that the Special Master has not <br /> determined that the SDCDs are in full compliance with We insurance requirements of the <br /> Permanent Injunction and the First Final Consent Decree.
