("LPL") is in receipt of your November 27, 1996 request <br /> for additional site access to advance and sample cone penetrometer testing("CPT-) atld push-in <br /> polyvinyl chloride ("PIPPr) borings at Lincoln Center from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. on <br /> December 2, 1996 and December 3, 1996. LPL hereby grants access to Levine-Fricke-Recon <br /> ("LFRn)to conduct tine CPT/P1PP investigation activities described in your November 27, 1996 <br /> letter.
