(LFR) will be conducting additional cone penetrometer testing (CPT) <br /> and push-in polyvinyl chloride (PIPP) sampling as a continuation of the source investigation at <br /> Lincoln Center. We will be installing CPT/PIPP borings using the same subcontractor, Gregg <br /> In-Situ, Inc., on two parcels where permits have been previously issued and on one parcel where <br /> we are currently waiting for property access approval from private parties. We anticipate beginning the CPT/PIPP investigation on April 28, 1997.
