(LFR) is providing <br /> the enclosed subject draft report which presents the results of the public and private well survey <br /> performed pursuant to Section 3.3.5 of the Final Work Plan For Environmental Investigation, <br /> Lincoln Center, Stockton, California. The report presents LFR's survey of public and private wells <br /> located within a one-mile radius of Lincoln Center and provides recommendations for selected <br /> wells. <br /> As described in the recommendations of the enclosed draft report, LFR will continue to investigate <br /> the status of three domestic wells potentially located downgradient from Lincoln Center.
