Comments on the tentative Waste Discharge Requirements Order <br /> were due by 15 February 2005. Therefore,the written comment period for this item is closed. As a <br /> result of comments we received from you,the Time Schedule Order was revised to include performance <br /> based interim effluent limitations. A revised tentative Time Schedule Order was issued for public <br /> comment on 17 March 2005. Comments on the revised tentative Time Schedule Order were due by 15 <br /> April 2005. Therefore, the written comment period for this item is also closed. <br /> Enclosed are copies of the tentative Orders. Several dates have been changed in the Order to reflect the <br /> change in date of the hearing for this item. These date changes, two new findings, and other minor text <br /> additions are shown in strikeout and underline format, beginning on page 17 of the tentative Waste <br /> Discharge Requirements Order. <br /> Also enclosed are three (3) copies of a Notice of Public Hearing concerning renewal of your NPDES <br /> Permit and a copy of a Proof of Posting form. The date of the hearing concerning this matter.has been <br /> changed to 20 and 21 October 2005. Regulations require you comply with the following: <br /> By 13 September 2005, post one (1) copy of the Notice at the nearest city hall or county <br /> courthouse, and one (1) copy at the post office nearest your facility (if allowed), and one(1) copy <br /> near the entrance of your premises. <br /> By 19 September 2005, file with this office the Proof of Posting, using the enclosed form. <br /> California Environmental Protection Agency <br /> 0 Recycled Paper <br />
