In order to install probe SG-5 on the <br /> Fahn property, another permit application, $89 fee, and a copy of a signed access agreement is to <br /> be submitted to the EHD. <br /> We apologize for the oversight. We have corrected the parcel numbers in the revised well permit <br /> applications. The three parcels in questions are as follows: <br /> 097410-79(Lincoln Properties, north of Benjamin Holt Dr., for SG-1 and SG-2) <br /> 079-410-73(Lincoln Properties, south of Benjamin Holt Dr.,for SG-3, SG-4, SG-6, and SG-7) <br /> 079-410-29(Metro Properties/Fahn, south of Benjamin Holt Dr.,for SG-5) <br /> Accordingly, we will provide SJCEHD with another permit application fee of$89 for the third parcel. <br /> Please note that access for the drilling for proposed location SG-5 will be conducted in accordance with <br /> the June 9, 1999 Environmental Remediation Access Agreement Between Lincoln Center Environmental <br /> Remediation Trust and The Fahn Bros.
