Grout mix ratio-30 gallons of water with 8 bags of cement. Volume of grout used—approximately 170 gallons of grout tremmied down augers. V AS-42: Tagged Depth - 61 ft bgs Total Depth Drilled—61 ft bgs Materials Removed—old cement grout,filter pack sand and 61 feet of casing including screen. Grout mix ratio-30 gallons of water with 8 bags of cement. Volume of grout used—approximately 175 gallons of grout tremmied down augers. SVMW-005: TD=24.5 ft bgs 38 gallons of grout used to get grout to TOC(8 bags cement to 40 gallons water) (9/11-9/12). Well successfully held 20 psi for 5 minutes and had less than one foot drop in grout level. Well mushroomed capped from 3ft bgs to 2 ft bgs,filled with native soil to 0.33 ft bgs and filled to grade with cold patch. SVM W-007: Tagged Depth—27.5 ft bgs. 32 gallons of grout (mix ratio of 40 gallons water to 8 bags of cement) poured down the well to bring the grout to the top of casing. Grout in casing held a pressure of 25psi for five minutes. Well mushroomed capped from 3ft bgs to 2 ft bgs,filled with native soil to 0.33 ft bgs and filled to grade with cold patch. SVMW-006: Tagged Depth—26.5 ft bgs. V, 24 gallons of grout(mix ratio of 40 gallons water to 8 bags of cement) poured down the well to bring the grout to the top of casing. Grout in casing held a pressure of 25psi for five minutes. Well mushroomed capped from 3ft bgs to 2 ft bgs,filled with native soil to 0.33 ft bgs and filled to grade with cold patch. 10/9/2015
