San Joaquin County
Flood Control Maps indicate that Spring 1986 records the highest
groundwater at just below 40 feet below ground surface.
Vertical and lateral limits of soil contamination need to be
delineated and reported showing "zero-lines" along with a survey
of wells in the area that may be affected by the contamination in
the soil . PHS/EHD recognizes the area your site is located in as
having at least one unique site feature that can affect leaching
potential . Your investigation should include research that
indicates there are no other features (nearby wells, recharge
area, course soils, etc. ) that would add to an increased leaching
potential.
A workplan addressing these regards should be submitted by
June 8, 1992 .
A Division of San Joaquin County Hc1ich Care Services 1
